A top‑load washer sat full of water at the end of every cycle, showing F21 and refusing to spin the load out.

How we fixed it

F21 is a long‑drain fault — the pump was jammed with a stray sock and the filter was clogged. We cleared both, tested the pump, and it drained and spun normally.

The problem

The ice maker had stopped filling and the family had been buying bags of ice for a fortnight, though the fridge was cooling fine.

How we fixed it

A seized water‑inlet valve wasn't letting water through to the mould. We replaced the valve, flushed the line, and it was dropping fresh cubes by the next morning.
