About us

About

We're a family‑run appliance repair company working out of the south side of the Fraser River. Fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and stoves — that's all we do, and we've been doing it here since 2020.

Why we're called Fraser

The name isn't a family surname. It's the river.

Every place we serve sits on the south bank of the Fraser — Surrey, Delta and White Rock. It's the line that shapes this corner of the Lower Mainland: the farmland out in Delta, the older streets of North Surrey, the beach blocks down in White Rock. When we started, we wanted a name that said where we actually work, rather than one that could belong to a company anywhere in the country.

It's also a promise about our limits. Plenty of companies claim to cover "Greater Vancouver" and then quote you a four‑day wait, because the technician is coming from the far side of a bridge. We don't do that.

We stay on this side of the river. That's the whole reason we can usually be at your door the same day.

How we started

We opened in 2020 — not the easiest year to start anything. What we saw then is what still drives the business now: people being told a five‑year‑old machine wasn't worth fixing, or waiting a week for a technician who turned up without the right part.

We set out to do the opposite. Diagnose the fault properly, say honestly whether the repair is worth your money, carry the parts that actually fail, and finish the job on the first visit wherever we can.

It has stayed small and family‑run on purpose. The person who takes your call is someone you'll speak to again, and the technician who turns up is the one who sees the repair through.

How we work

We work on the major brands you'll find in kitchens and laundry rooms around here — Samsung, LG, Bosch, Whirlpool and KitchenAid among them — and we keep the parts that fail most on the van, so more jobs finish in one visit.

What we don't do

We don't travel past our patch. If you're north of the Fraser, we'd rather say so plainly than take the booking and let you down on timing.

We also stick to major appliances. Stand mixers, kettles, coffee machines and the like aren't our trade, and we'll point you somewhere better rather than guess at it.

If something's broken and you're somewhere between Tsawwassen and Cloverdale, chances are we're only a few minutes away. We're open seven days, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
