Every repair we carry out is
guaranteed. This page sets out exactly what that guarantee covers, what it doesn't, and what to do if the fault
comes back.
90 days on parts and
labour, on every repair. If the fault we fixed returns within that time, we come back and put it right at no
charge.
1. What's covered
- The workmanship of the repair we carried out.
- Any part we supplied and fitted as part of that repair.
- Both parts and labour — you don't pay for the
return visit, the re‑diagnosis, or the replacement part.
- Cover runs for
90 days from the date the repair was completed, as shown on your invoice.
2. What isn't covered
The guarantee covers the repair we did — not the whole
appliance. It doesn't extend to:
- A new or unrelated fault that develops elsewhere in the
appliance.
- Normal wear and tear, or consumables such as filters and
bulbs.
- Misuse, overloading, or use outside the manufacturer's
instructions.
- Damage from power surges, lightning, flooding, pests, or
blockages in household plumbing and drains outside the appliance.
- Anything caused by someone else working on the appliance
after our visit, or by the appliance being moved or reinstalled by others.
- Conditions we flagged at the time — for example a worn
component we recommended replacing and you chose to leave.
- Cosmetic marks, rust or noise that doesn't affect how
the appliance works.
3. How to make a claim
- Phone us on (604) 239-2974, seven days a week
from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Tell us it's a warranty callback and describe what the appliance is doing.
- Or leave your details on our Contact page and we'll call you
back.
- Have your invoice or the date of the original repair to
hand if you can — it helps us pull up the job record straight away.
- There's no charge for a warranty visit, and no charge if
you need to move it.
4. What happens next
- We book you in, with the same technician wherever we can
— they already know the machine.
- We re‑inspect the appliance and diagnose the fault
again.
- If it's the fault we repaired, we put it right at no
charge, including any replacement part.
- If it turns out to be a different, unrelated fault,
we'll tell you before doing anything chargeable — you decide whether to go ahead.
- Where we replace a part under warranty, that new part
carries its own 90 days from the day we fit it.
- If the original fault can't be put right, we'll talk the
options through with you honestly rather than keep returning.
5. Parts you supplied yourself
If you sourced the part and we fitted it, our guarantee
covers our labour but not the part itself. We can't stand behind the quality or suitability of components we
didn't supply.
6. If the appliance is still under the
manufacturer's warranty
It's worth checking before you book us. If your appliance
is still within the manufacturer's or retailer's warranty period, a repair arranged through their service network
may cost you nothing — and we'd rather point that out than take the job.
Our guarantee covers our own repair only. It doesn't
replace, extend or alter any warranty you hold from the manufacturer or the retailer.
7. Who the guarantee applies to
It applies to the person who paid for the repair, for the
appliance at the address where the work was carried out. It doesn't transfer if the appliance is sold or moved to
another property.
8. Your rights under British Columbia law
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not
instead of them. Nothing here limits or excludes any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act, the
Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, or other consumer protection law in British Columbia.
9. Keeping records
Hold on to your invoice — it's the simplest proof of the
repair date. We also keep a record of every job we complete, so if you can't find yours, call us and we'll look it
up. How we store that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this guarantee
We may update this page from time to time. The version
published on the date of your repair is the one that applies to it.
11. Contact us
To make a warranty claim, phone us seven days a week from 7:00
AM to 11:00 PM, or leave your details on our Contact page and we'll call you
