Warranty

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Every repair we carry out is guaranteed. This page sets out exactly what that guarantee covers, what it doesn't, and what to do if the fault comes back.

90 days on parts and labour, on every repair. If the fault we fixed returns within that time, we come back and put it right at no charge.

1. What's covered

2. What isn't covered

The guarantee covers the repair we did — not the whole appliance. It doesn't extend to:

3. How to make a claim

4. What happens next

5. Parts you supplied yourself

If you sourced the part and we fitted it, our guarantee covers our labour but not the part itself. We can't stand behind the quality or suitability of components we didn't supply.

6. If the appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty

It's worth checking before you book us. If your appliance is still within the manufacturer's or retailer's warranty period, a repair arranged through their service network may cost you nothing — and we'd rather point that out than take the job.

Our guarantee covers our own repair only. It doesn't replace, extend or alter any warranty you hold from the manufacturer or the retailer.

7. Who the guarantee applies to

It applies to the person who paid for the repair, for the appliance at the address where the work was carried out. It doesn't transfer if the appliance is sold or moved to another property.

8. Your rights under British Columbia law

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing here limits or excludes any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act, the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, or other consumer protection law in British Columbia.

9. Keeping records

Hold on to your invoice — it's the simplest proof of the repair date. We also keep a record of every job we complete, so if you can't find yours, call us and we'll look it up. How we store that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to this guarantee

We may update this page from time to time. The version published on the date of your repair is the one that applies to it.

11. Contact us

To make a warranty claim, phone us seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, or leave your details on our Contact page and we'll call you back.
