The problem

The dryer ran a full cycle but everything came out cold and still damp — the drum turned fine, it just wasn't making any heat.

How we fixed it

The heating element had burned out and taken the thermal fuse with it. We replaced both, cleared a duct packed with lint, and a test load came out hot and dry.

The problem

The ice maker had frozen into a solid block and stopped dropping cubes, with water seeping down the inside of the door.

How we fixed it

We thawed and cleared the iced‑up assembly and replaced a leaking water‑inlet valve that had been overfilling it. It's making clean batches of ice again.
