Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These terms apply to the appliance repair services provided by and to your use of this website. By booking a repair with us — through this site, by phone or by message — you agree to them.

1. Who we are

is a family‑run appliance repair company working in Surrey, Delta and White Rock, British Columbia. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.

2. What we do, and what we don't

3. Service area

We work on the south side of the Fraser River — Surrey, Delta and White Rock. If your address falls outside that area we'll tell you when you get in touch rather than accept the booking.

4. Booking and appointments

5. What we need from you

So we can work safely and finish the job in one visit:

6. Diagnosis, estimates and pricing

7. Parts

8. Payment

9. Warranty

Full details are set out on our Warranty page.

10. Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as you can. We may charge for a wasted visit where nobody is home or we can't get access to the appliance. The details are on our Cancellation Policy page.

11. When a repair isn't worth it

Sometimes the honest answer is that an appliance isn't economical to repair. If we reach that conclusion we'll say so plainly and you're free to decline the work — any service call fee agreed at booking still applies for the visit and the diagnosis.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection law in British Columbia, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Manufacturer names and trademarks

We are an independent repair company. Brand names such as Samsung, LG, Bosch, Whirlpool and KitchenAid are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this site only to describe the appliances we service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised service provider for any of these manufacturers.

14. Using this website

15. Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you book is the version that applies to your booking.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia.

18. Contact us

The quickest way to reach us is by phone, seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You can also leave your details on our Contact page and we'll call you back.
