If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total labour cost.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods as discussed at the time of booking or on-site with the technician.
While our technicians take every precaution, Fraser Appliance Repair is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues discovered during the normal course of repair that were not part of the initial reported fault.
