The people behind the repair
We're a family-run team, and we've been fixing appliances in Surrey, Delta and White Rock since 2020. The Fraser River gave us our name — it's the water that ties these three communities together, and the neighbourhoods along it are the ones we work in every day.
Sticking to three neighbouring cities is deliberate. It means a technician is usually only a few minutes away, and the part your machine needs is already on the van — so most jobs are finished the same day instead of booked in for next week.
You'll get a clear price before anyone picks up a tool, OEM parts, and a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. And when you call, you're talking to the person who'll actually turn up — there's no call centre in between.

The washing machine flooded the laundry room mid-cycle on a Saturday, of all days. I didn't expect anyone before Monday, but someone came out the same afternoon, cleared a blocked pump, and left the floor drier than they found it.
